The ending of the first half of Money Heist Season 5 has fans at the edge of their sits. One of the most beloved characters in the show, Tokyo, played by Ursula Corbero, was shown to be in a deadly situation.

To recall, in the Money Heist Season 5 Episode 5, Tokyo strapped five grenades to her chest, detonating it in order to take out their fiercest rival Gandia (Jose Manuel Poga), hinting at her possible demise.

Money Heist Season 5 Part 2 And Tokyo's Demise

Numerous followers of Money Heist are not convinced that one of the show's most powerful characters, Tokyo, has died in the first half of Season 5. Some fans are claiming that they have spotted a key clue during the character's narration that may be a hint that Tokyo is alive and well.

Tokyo's nonchalant approach to her death on Money Heist Season 5 Episode 5 was also taken as a hint by the viewers that her apparent death could all just be a ploy.

After getting pinned down to the ground and held at gunpoint by Grandia, Tokyo nonchalantly winked at her captor, followed by a blast that sent shockwaves through the Bank of Spain. The death of both Grandia and Tokyo were not shown on Money Heist Season 5 Episode 5 but it is easy to presume that their bodies have been blown up to shreds.

Money Heist Season 5 Part 2 is said to be released on December 3, 2021. It remains to be seen if there would be changes in the schedule. However, as of right now, this is the official date as Netflix has announced thru a tweet, alongside the official trailer of the imminent second part of the current installment.

Fans are to expect at least eight episodes for Money Heist Season 2 Part 2. Viewers can also expect more harrowing stories and action-packed scenes as the gang members continue to fight for their lives amid a bloody heist.
