Ming-Na Wen Celebrates Fennec Shand's Return in The Mandalorian Season 2

It looks like the cat is finally out of the bag: The Mandalorian Season 2 has confirmed that Fennec Shand is alive and well and thriving in the latest episode of the Star Wars series. Not surprisingly, Ming-Na Wen immediately celebrated her character's return on the Disney+ show.

Wen took to her official Twitter account to share the teaser for The Mandalorian Season 2 Episode 6 along with a cheeky caption. Check it out below.

"So, guess who shows up to the @themandalorian party today?!" Wen wrote.

Fennec's return was a surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one. After all, fans felt like the character was killed off too quickly in Chapter 5: The Gunslinger and thought she could have been rescued by the person who found her body at the end of the episode. Although there was no confirmation from Disney and Lucasfilm that Wen would be one of the stars of Season 2, we're still loving the idea that they kept it secret until Fennec showed up in Chapter 14.

In The Tragedy, it was confirmed that Boba Fett was the one who found Fennec and nursed her back to health. Now that the two are working together, they are set to help Mando rescue Baby Yoda from Moff Gideon in the last two episodes of the second season.
