Michelle Pfeiffer Just Brought Back Her Catwoman Whip And Batman Returns Fans Are Loving It

There have been several actresses who have taken on the role of Catwoman in Batman films but there is little doubt that Michelle Pfeiffer is still the best Selina Kyle. The Ant-Man and The Wasp actress has just confirmed that she has been reunited with the iconic whip she wielded in Batman Returns and fans are certainly loving it.

Pfeiffer, who had just joined social media earlier this year, decided to share an awesome video on her official Instagram account. As Pfeiffer reveals, the whip used in the Tim Burton film is still intact, albeit needing "a little TLC." Watch the video below.

We're certainly hoping that "a little TLC" means some cleaning as well as a few fresh cracks at some innocent mannequins. After all, Pfeiffer has already proven that she is pretty handy with that whip. The Maleficent: Mistress of Evil star had actually done her own stunts in Batman Returns, which is probably why people just couldn't get enough of her legendary scenes in the movie. Watch the video below at the 1:48 mark so you can be reminded of how amazing Pfeiffer was in the DC film.

It has been 27 years since Batman Returns was released and people are still loving Pfeiffer's performance in the movie. There were even reports that Catwoman would get her own standalone film starring Pfeiffer right after the release of the Michael Keaton flick but development dragged on for years. As a result, Pfeiffer never got to reprise her role which eventually went to Halle Berry in the 2004 movie.

Although we won't get to see her as Selina Kyle again soon, there are plenty of other projects for Pfeiffer. She will appear alongside Angelina Jolie and Elle Fanning in the Maleficent sequel and fans are still hoping her Janet van Dyne will return in Avengers: Endgame.
