The production team behind the K-drama Tomorrow set the record straight regarding the issue involving two BTS members.

The action fantasy series, which stars SF9 Rowoon, Kim Hee Sun, Yun Ji On, and Lee Soo-hyuk, has been receiving mixed reactions from viewers regarding one episode.

BTS Fans Wants MBC To Apologize For Dragging The Kpop Group In Tomorrow's Episode

In an episode of Tomorrow aired on April 22, a scene at the Jumadeung office showed a list that reads "registry of entering the dead."

Viewers quickly noticed a familiar name and birthdate, which is similar to two BTS members.

The name "Kim Tae Hyung" was written on the list with a birthday indicated as '1971.12.30.'

On the other hand, BTS V's real name is Kim Tae Hyung, whose birthday falls on December 30, 1995, which is almost similar to the list, but the only difference is the year.

While BTS Jungkook's name was not mentioned in K-drama Tomorrow, eagle-eyed viewers saw a name that reads "Kim Yoo Rim" with a date of birth saying "1997.9.1.'

Coincidentally, the date falls on Jungkook's birthday, September 1, 1997.

Several ARMYs took to social media and called out the broadcast network and the K-drama. Some even pointed out that they are disappointed as this disrespects the Kpop group.

In a report shared by News 1 Korea, viewers raised that MBC needed to delete the scene and apologize to BTS for including details of Jungkook and V.

What To Expect In Tomorrow's Finale?

Tomorrow is a weekend series that follows the stories of grim reapers and their connection with the world of the living.

Kim Hee Sun plays the Risk Management team leader, Goo Ryeon, whose mission is to prevent people from committing suicide.

Joining her team are Yun Ji On as her right hand Im Ryung Goo while SF9 Rowoon plays newbie grim reaper Choi Joon Woong, who is half alive and half dead; hence he is only at Jumadeung for six months.

Meanwhile, Lee Soo Hyuk plays the Escort Team's head Park Joong Gil, a rival of Goo Ryeon.

Tomorrow is onto its final week, with episodes 15 and 16 airing on May 20 and 21 via MBC while subtitles are available on Netflix.

While the previous episode uncovered Im Ryung Goo and Choi Joon Woong's past, the last two episodes are set to reveal if the rookie grim reaper could return to his present life or remain as the angel of death forever.
