The Marvel Cinematic Universe is just ever expanding as new characters are set to be included in its already ginormous lineup of stars. The latest addition, reportedly, would be Pen15 star Dallas Liu in a mystery role in Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings alongside Simu Liu, Awkwafina, Michelle Yeoh, among many others.

Dallas Liu is known for portraying Shuji Ishii-Peters in Hulu's Pen15 series. Since Liu was a kid, he appeared in various TV shows such as Jin Kazama in Tekken, Young Bi Han in Mortal Kombat: Legacy, and Carter in Legendary Dudas. Liu would be jumping from the TV scene to the big screen with his addition to the MCU in the upcoming Marvel film Shang-Chi according to Deadline.

However, his role is yet to be disclosed as it is still in the shadows with no comments yet from both Marvel or Liu's representatives.

Recently, Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings had their release date pushed back from July 9 to September 3, 2021, following the delay of the release of the Black Widow film which will be taking up its July schedule. That gives time for Shang-Chi to continuously develop the film with less time pressure as they are given extra time.

Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings will follow the story of Shang-Chi in his battle with the secret Ten Rings organization which would lead to the real Mandarin teased in Iron Man 3. What excites fans more would the possibility of the film exploring the past of the MCU to be able to open more doors for the future of the universe.

Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings are scheduled for release on September 3, 2021.
