Marvel fans finally got the chance to revisit Eternals after it dropped on Disney+ last week and this time around, they have plenty of time to dissect the film and look for potential references and easter eggs they might have missed the first time around. And true to form, there's one blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment that I'm pretty sure most people failed to notice upon first viewing.

The Chloé Zhao-directed blockbuster pretty much confirms that DC heroes like Batman and Superman actually exist in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, in pop culture form at least. Now, Eternals also apparently acknowledges the existence of another huge media franchise — none other than the Star Wars universe.

One Reddit user discovered an awesome Star Wars easter egg during the scene where the celestials were aboard Kingo's plane. A television above the plane's bar right behind Richard Madden's Ikaris shows The Empire Strikes Back. Of course, this unexpected connection makes a lot of sense considering Marvel and Star Wars both live under the Disney umbrella. Check it out here:

Speaking of Ikaris, fans were heartbroken when the film killed off the character and many believe that Richard Madden's short-lived involvement in the MCU was a massive waste. However, rumor has it that Ikaris is set for his return to the franchise in an upcoming project. Now, that is something that even I wouldn't rule out because Ikaris is basically Marvel's Superman at this point and we all know what happened to him after he died, right?

Marvel Studios' Eternals is now available for streaming exclusively on Disney+.
