The entertainment world was absolutely stunned last week when paparazzi photos of Thor: Love and Thunder's Taika Waititi, Tessa Thompson, and British singer-songwriter Rita Ora sharing an intimate moment on Waititi's Sydney home took social media by storm. Fans initially assumed that it was just a playful scenario but the three-way kiss ultimately led to speculation that they are in fact in an open relationship.
The said photos which feature Taika, Rita, and Tessa getting a little too cozy with each other caught the attention of a lot of fans and unsurprisingly gained mainstream attention over the last couple of days. All parties involved have yet to address the matter and confirm the rumors surrounding their alleged "relationship" but according to a new report, Waititi and Thompson's racy behavior didn't go unnoticed.
In fact, it reportedly got Waititi in a world of trouble as The Daily Telegraph is claiming that Marvel and Disney weren't too thrilled after the photos went viral. The news website's report states that the director's eccentric behavior didn't sit well with executives as it wasn't exactly "the image they're looking to project in relation to one of their biggest franchises".
Considering Disney is known for being overly protective of its overall image, it wouldn't be too farfetched to believe that Taika's behavior gave the acclaimed director some serious heat within the company. However, it's safe to assume that it was nothing major as Waititi is still currently working on Love and Thunder along with Thompson. If anything, Disney probably just gave the director a little pep talk.
