It's already no secret to a lot of fans that Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is set to feature major cameos from different Marvel characters from across the multiverse. Well, that's what the rumors say, at least. Of course, Marvel Studios has been notorious for its secrecy when it comes to these projects which is why it comes as a huge shocker that they confirmed two major cameos for the film ahead of its theatrical release next month.
The latest teaser for the Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen team up flick features new footage of our heroes and all the turmoil taking place in the multiverse, and apparently, Wanda Maximoff's subconsciousness. In the 1-minute trailer titled "Dream", we see a sequence wherein Wanda returns to her Westview home and sees her twins Billy and Tommy who were long rumored to be making cameo appearances in the project.
Much to her disappointment, everything is just an illusion reminiscent of her make-believe days as a suburban housewife in WandaVision. She is later awakened from her recurring dream and we see her inside her fortress which is rumored to be inside the book of the damned. Check out the latest trailer here:

Rumor has it that the film will see Wanda Maximoff scouring the multiverse with the help of the Darkhold in search of her sons, so it makes total sense for Billy and Tommy to make appearances in the film. The real question on everyone's mind is, will the Scarlet Witch finally find her happy ending or is she destined to live a miserable life forever?
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is set to hit cinemas on May 6, 2022.
