Marvel fans perked up earlier this week when word came out on Monday that the trailer for Avengers 4 would be released on Wednesday. On the same day, news broke out that the unannounced trailer release for Avengers 4 had been delayed because of former president George W. Bush's funeral.
While fans aren't being made to wait that long with rumors claiming that the teaser for the Avengers: Infinity War sequel has simply been moved to a Friday release date, some aren't too happy with the delay. Taking to social media sites like Twitter, fans whine about the missing trailer, posting up videos, clips, and images while making witty jabs at Marvel and at fate.

While some of the posts might sound a bit whiny, but we understand why Marvel fans sound upset over the missing trailer for Avengers 4. Everyone's been itching to learn more about the second installment in Joe and Anthony Russo's two-part Avengers movie, but Marvel's been keeping the film close to its chest, even with Avengers 4's release date approaching.
However, fans are still hoping to see Avengers 4's first trailer drop this week. After all, Marvel's already released the first full trailer for Captain Marvel, confirming rumors that the video would premiere Monday evening. The likelihood that the trailers for Avengers 4 and Spider-Man: Far From Home will release this Friday and Saturday seems pretty high if you ask me.
Avengers 4 makes its big premiere May 3, 2019.
