Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige's conversations with Keanu Reeves might not have gotten the Hollywood A-lister to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but Marvel fans are still holding on to the hope that the Matrix star joins the franchise.

While most fans see Reeves as Mr. Fantastic or Adam Warlock, it seems like there are some hoping that the John Wick star plays Johnny Blaze.

Earlier this month, word came out that Marvel has been trying to get Reeves for a Ghost Rider movie. According to a report by We Got This Covered, Reeves is currently in talks with Marvel to become the MCU's new Johnny Blaze.

While the report has yet to be confirmed by Marvel, the idea of Reeves revving up a flaming motorcycle has gotten fans clamoring to see the Matrix star as Ghost Rider. Taking to Twitter in mass, fans have been calling to see Reeves as the vengeful daredevil, expressing their support for the supposed casting.

Sure, the last two Ghost Rider movies might be a source of ridicule with Nicolas Cage as Johnny Blaze, but Marvel fans seem to believe that Reeves would be perfect for the role.

Why wouldn't he? Reeves has a whole lot edge and charisma to him. Besides, this wouldn't be the first time that the Matrix star played a man making deals with demons. The actor starred in DC's Constantine, an occult detective movie based on DC Comics' Hellblazer comic.
