Since the official confirmation in December 2020 that Marvel Studios will be working on a Fantastic Four project, fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe have been curious and excited at the same time for the arrival of Marvel's First Family. Of course, a lot of you are aware that all three live-action Fantastic Four projects failed to hit the mark with fans and critics but with Disney's impressive track record handling the Marvel film franchise, there's no doubt that the upcoming reboot will finally redeem Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, and Thing.

Considering the MCU's current Phase 4 slate is stacked, the general belief is that Fantastic Four will have to wait before getting reintroduced to the franchise. However, that may not actually be the case as Marvel Studios may have potentially teased that the project will drop sooner rather than later.

Marvel Studios just released an epic trailer confirming the official release dates for the upcoming MCU movies from this year up to 2023 with the studio hyping up the release of projects like Eternals, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Thor: Love and Thunder, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, The Marvels, and Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania. Interestingly, the MCU reboot of Fantastic Four is also included in the teaser and while it doesn't exactly feature an actual release date, it's safe to assume that it'll also drop in 2023 as part of Phase 4.

Naturally, fans were hyped about the possibility of the First Family arriving in Earth-616 as early as 2023 and quite frankly, we all have a valid reason to get extra excited. Check out some of the reactions below:

The arrival of Marvel's original superhero team to the franchise is such a huge deal because it's no secret that the studio has been reliant on the Avengers for over ten years now and I truly believe that the MCU could really use another super team because they can't depend on the Earth's Mightiest Heroes forever. Though I'm pretty sure the Avengers will stick around for more years to come, it's still nice that we're adding more teams to the current MCU roster.

The MCU reboot of Fantastic Four is under development.
