Martin Scorsese's Daughter Trolls Him With Marvel-Wrapped Christmas Gift

We've all seen the comments Martin Scorsese has about Marvel movies and, frankly, it's getting pretty ridiculous. Most of us get it; Scorsese does not like Marvel films and he never will, which is fine. As entertaining as they are, Marvel movies tend to be formulaic and take very little risks unless it's time to kill a character, which almost always happens when an actor's contract will be running out.

Still, it seems like Scorsese's daughter decided to have some fun with all the supposed drama since she decided to troll her father by using Marvel gift-wrapper for his present, which she shared on her now-expired Instagram story (via CNN). Considering all of the online wars that have raged over his comments, this could be the moment that makes the fans stop over-analyzing these critiques since they're just the opinion of one person. Ugh.

It's a shame that we'll never see Scorsese (he'll at least produce big hits like DC's Joker) but that doesn't mean fans should avoid them. The Irishman, a movie many consider to be one of the best in 2019, can be seen right now on Netflix. We're pretty sure that most of you have one, whether it's your account, your parents, or even your friends.

Black Widow is the next Marvel movie and is slated for a May 1, 2020, release. Marvel's The Eternals will be hitting theaters on November 6, 2020. The Irishman is now showing on Netflix.
