Mark Hamill Spots Carrie Fisher In A Painting In His Hotel In London

It's been a few years since Carrie Fisher's untimely passing back in December 2016, but many Star Wars fans continue to mourn losing the great space princess.

The Star Wars legend's co-star Mark Hamill has also been trying his best to live life without his on-screen twin, admitting to fans that he still thinks of the Fisher in the present tense just so that he can cope with the loss he's experienced.

"The only way I've been able to cope is to think of her in the present tense. She's so vital in my mind even today," the actor told Men's Journal last year (via Comic Book), "We had our ups and downs. She was almost like a real sibling because I loved her deeply, but she could be so exasperating. When she went into cardiac arrest, it never occurred to me that she wouldn't bounce back. I just thought, 'Well, she's got her next book written.' She'll call it A Piece of My Heart or something acerbic and witty."

Hamill continues to look for Carrie's presence wherever he goes. In one of the Star Wars legend's latest posts, the actor finds Leia in a painting on the wall of his London hotel room.

Check it out down here:

Though the art piece seems to be an abstract painting of a woman, the small head of the figure seems to closely resemble Leia's head and her famous buns. Could the hotel have put Hamill in the room knowing that he was still trying to cope with Carrie's passing? Who knows.

Hamill's last Star Wars film with Fisher, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, is currently available on Digital HD.
