Mark Hamill Shares Rare Video From Tim Burton's Batman That Almost Introduced Robin

The internet is truly a magical place where you can come across something truly rare and awesome that needs to be shared with the rest of the world. This is what happened to Mark Hamill when he found an unused storyboard for Tim Burton's Batman film that he and Kevin Conroy actually worked on.

Hamill shared the video on his official Twitter account and it's something that every Batman fan should enjoy. Check it out below.

"This rare clip from an early draft of the 1989 Batman movie introduced Robin but was later scrapped. @RealKevinConroy & I voiced the storyboards for the sequence- most likely for a bonus on a DVD release. I'm seeing it today for the very 1st time. ENJOY," Hamill wrote.

Interestingly, Robin was supposed to be introduced in the movie but the idea was later scrapped because producers felt that the relationship between Batman and the Boy Wonder was not really important to the main storyline. Nevertheless, it's great that the storyboard survived so fans can enjoy yet another amazing performance from Hamill and Conroy.

The 1989 film starred Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne, Jack Nicholson as Joker, and Kim Basinger as Vicki Vale. It also featured Hamill's Star Wars castmate Billy Dee Williams as Harvey Dent aka Two-Face.

Hamill and Conroy have voiced Joker and Batman, respectively, in several projects like Batman: The Animated Series. Their most recent reunion was in the 2016 animated film Batman: The Killing Joke.
