It seems like Mark Hamill simply cannot quit creating some truly iconic laughs. The Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker actor has just shared an awesome clip of his character in The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance with a new signature cackle.
Hamill shared the video on his official Twitter account. Check it out below.
"Hope everyone is enjoying The @darkcrystal as much as I am this holiday weekend! I'm seriously envious that #TheScientist has much more to laugh about in his fantasy world than I do in the harsh reality of ours," Hamill wrote before adding the hashtag #EssenceOfEscapism.
It's certainly a distinct new laugh that is very different from the various trademarks Hamill has come up with. It's similar to the Joker's sinister laughter in Batman: The Animated Series but might also remind you of Chucky's chuckle in Child's Play. Either way, it's nice to see that The Scientist has certain ambitions.
The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance began streaming on Netflix earlier this week and people are already talking about a possible second season for the series. After all, the first season concluded with an obvious tease on how the show could continue in the future. However, the streaming service has not yet renewed Dark Crystal. Either way, we're hoping to revisit Thra again soon so stay tuned for more updates on this story.
