It's pretty safe to say that Obi-Wan Kenobi has swept the entire Star Wars fandom off its feet and quite frankly, the first three entries of the Ewan McGregor-led series have been nothing short of outstanding.
Over the last two weeks, fans have been dissecting episodes 1, 2, and 3 in search of easter eggs, references, and even cameos. While Obi-Wan Kenobi has already featured a handful of cameos so far, there's one "guest appearance" from an alleged Star Wars icon only eagle-eyed viewers were able to catch.
In Episode 2, Mark Hamill is rumored to have made a cameo and no, he's not playing Luke Skywalker from the future but rather a Daiyu local who is part of a blink-and-you'll-miss-it-sequence. Viewers who were able to catch the said "cameo" quickly took to social media carrying a ton of excitement over Hamill's surprising appearance on the show.
However, when a fan asked Hamill on Twitter to set the record straight regarding the supposed cameo, the Star Wars legend quickly dismissed it but in a very cryptic manner. Referencing the iconic sitcom Seinfeld, Hamill wrote: "I bet it's not true! But to quote George Costanza: 'It's NOT a lie... if YOU believe it.'"

Ignoring Hamill's rather confusing response, the actor previously revealed that he's made cameo appearances in various Star Wars projects unbeknownst to many fans so the idea of him appearing in Obi-Wan Kenobi at some capacity no longer sounds surprising. Hopefully, it won't be the last.
The first three episodes of Obi-Wan Kenobi are now streaming on Disney+.
