Marvel fans have always seen Don Cheadle as a criminally underrated actor and after having been part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe for over 10 years, it's great that he's finally getting his moment to shine as James Rhodes aka War Machine in the upcoming Armor Wars series. The show is expected to hit Disney+ sometime in 2022 and will revolve around Rhodey keeping Tony Stark's legacy alive.

It's highly likely that we'll see familiar faces serve as villains in the show and a new IMDB listing seems to hint that a major baddie from the Ant-Man franchise could be featured in the series. According to the said listing (via ComicBookMovie), stuntman Rex Reddick who served as Walton Goggins' Sonny stunt double in Ant-Man and the Wasp is set to return on at least one episode of Armor Wars.

Of course, nothing has been officially confirmed yet so take this one with a huge grain of salt but if the listing turns out to be authentic, this obviously suggests that we could see the MCU return of Sonny Burch who was a major pain in the you-know-where for Scott Lang and Hope Van Dyne.

It makes absolute sense for Sonny Burch to reappear in Armor Wars considering he's a big-time smuggler of black market items. In case you didn't know, the series will see Rhodey protecting Stark's Iron Man tech from outside threats who plan to use them for evil, and seeing as Burch is a guy who operates illegal dealings on the black market, he's an instant fit for the show. My only wish is, I hope Marvel Studios will treat Burch as a more formidable villain because in Ant-Man and the Wasp, he was nothing more than a joke.

Armor Wars is currently in development.
