Game of Thrones has finally ended, and a lot of people have been coming up online to show their reactions and thoughts on the finale. With a lot of people showing their dissatisfaction with how the show ended, Maisie Williams (Arya Stark) has decided to be more cynical about everything.
So what does Arya Stark have to say to one of the most disappointing finales of all time?
As the last season of Game of Thrones trudged on, people were getting more and more frustrated with the writing of the show. With every supposed drop in quality though, is an opportunity for some top-tier memes. Season 8 gave us Daenerys' infamous coffee cup and Drogon staring at Jon while he makes out with Dany; now the finale has given us Sam Tarly's water bottle and the Arya the Explorer spinoff show.
This is also just me, but I'm loving these jokes of what Brienne wrote on Jaime's pages in the Kingsguard book:
While Game of Thrones may be over, we're still getting more stories set in the world of Westeros from HBO. A spinoff is set to come out soon which is said to be set a hundred years before the events of the show, and we're likely to see the construction of the wall or maybe the rise of the Targaryen dynasty. We don't have a release date yet, but it's likely we'll have to wait a few more years before we can get the show. No doubt HBO would want it out not too close to the show's ending, but soon enough that Game of Thrones hasn't been completely forgotten.
No release date has been set for the Game of Thrones spinoff.
