Earlier today, Netflix announced that the Avengers: Endgame directors, Joe & Anthony Russo, are producing a new Magic: The Gathering animated series for its streaming service. Now, MTG fans have taken it to Twitter to share their excitement for the groundbreaking adaptation. After all, the anime series based on the popular trading card game will feature familiar Planeswalkers who Netflix describes as "Magic's unique magic-wielding heroes and villains as they contend with stakes larger than any one world can hold."

Netflix hasn't announced a release date for the upcoming series yet, but expect the streaming giant or Wizards of the Coast to announce it in the near future.
