The official Core Set 2021 previews begin today, and Wizards of the Coast has already revealed some of the best Magic: The Gathering cards from the upcoming set, including the main planeswalker featured in the expansion: Teferi.

This is the first-ever planeswalker card that can activate its abilities at instant speed. Starting with 3 loyalty, its +1 lets you draw a card, then discard a card; Its -3 ability brings back the phasing mechanic, and its ultimate lets you take two extra turns but you will need 10 loyalty to activate it.
That's definitely one of the best Teferi artworks we've seen. I doubt that it will see a lot of play in competitive Standard, but it would be cool to see the Turbo Turns archetype return in Standard with this card.

Core Set 2021 is set to release on July 3 with Prerelease events scheduled from June 26 to July 2.
