Magic: The Gathering Arena Update Delayed 'To Address Player Concerns on Competitive Event Reward Changes"

Magic: The Gathering Arena was planning to remove the individual card rewards from its Constructed events but today, the update was delayed to address player concerns on the proposed reward changes. The news comes from the official Twitter account of Magic Arena, and they also provided an explanation to the delayed maintenance. Check out the tweets below.

As they mentioned above, they still intend to make changes to Constructed and Competitive Constructed Events at a later date to address concerns over the number of new players entering them with the tutorial decks but it looks like they're still trying to figure out the best changes for the game. I'm glad that they're listening to player feedback though. Taking out the individual card rewards would slow down the acquisition of cards significantly despite getting more gold for winning. Playing Magic Arena always feels rewarding, and it's good to know that they're taking players' feedback seriously.
