Magic: The Gathering Arena Giving Away Promo Pack Code For Supporting Stores

In today's State of the Game announcement, Wizards of the Coast has announced exciting new changes and developments for Magic: The Gathering Arena, and they also announced a new way to reward players who participate the FNM@Home with their local game stores in the Wizards Play Network (WPN).

Just like before, therese FNM@home events will have no in-game entry fee, and will reard rare or mythic rare individual card rewards (ICRs) to your first and second win. Players who connect with participating WPN stores will receive an additional promotional code that can be redeemed for extra in-game rewards. Starting with the April 16 update, these will be in the form of an MTG Arena Promo Pack code, inspired by the promo packs you get at your LGS.

Players will be able to redeem up to one code every week, and each code redemption will give them two in-game cosmetic items—including card styles, avatars, card sleeves, and pets, some of which were previously unavailable.

Here's the schedule of the FNM@Home events on MTG Arena:

April 17: Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths Lair (play any event to be eligible to receive a reward from your local game store)
April 24: Singleton
May 1: Artisan
May 8: Pauper
May 15: Historic Brawl

Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths is set to launch on Magic: The Gathering Arena on April 16, for tabletop play in China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong on April 17, and for tabletop play everywhere else on May 15.
