Magic: The Gathering 2020 Holiday Card Revealed: Topdeck The Halls

The holiday season is getting closer, so that means it's time for Wizards of the Coast to unveil a new holiday Magic: The Gathering card for their partners and Wizards Play Network retailers around the world.

Over on Twitter, the company revealed that the 2020 holiday card is Topdeck the Halls. Here it is:

With art illustrated by Kieran Yanner, this red and white Enchantment gives your decorated cards (premiums, promos, and cards with alternate frames or art) miracle for one snow mana, and if you control twelve or more decorated permanents on your upkeep, you win the game.

Topdeck the Halls is the fifteenth Magic: The Gathering Holiday Promo card, and just like the others that came before it, this is tournament-prohibited and silver-bordered just like the cards in the Un-sets.

The Holiday Promos are given out to members of Wizards internal teams as well as business partners. Unlike most Magic cards, you won't find this in any booster pack or any other Magic product but you can probably find one on eBay.

Here's the full list of holiday Magic promo cards:

2006 — Fruitcake Elemental[
2007 — Gifts Given
2008 — Evil Presents
2009 — Season's Beatings
2010 — Snow Mercy
2011 — Yule Ooze
2012 — Naughty/Nice
2013 — Stocking Tiger
2014 — Mishra's Toy Workshop
2015 — Goblin Sleigh Ride
2016 — Thopter Pie Network
2017 — Some Disassembly Required
2018 — Bog Humbugs
2019 — Decorated Knight

The latest holiday card looks fun to have but it seems overpowered in the right build. It would still be amusing to use this in a casual game using silver-bordered cards with friends.
