Loki Teaser Shares New Details About God of Mischief's TVA Missions

We're just a couple of weeks away from the premiere of Loki and we're getting more teasers for the highly anticipated Marvel Cinematic Universe series. The latest promo somehow reveals some new details about the God of Mischief's new tasks for the Time Variance Authority aka TVA.

The new teaser is titled Clock and there's a good reason for that. Mobius M. Mobius (Owen Wilson) is quick to remind Loki that he needs to take things seriously because the clock is always ticking. As usual, the God of Mischief can't be bothered and begins to protest about having to watch something. However, Mobius tells him to pay attention because they're getting to the best part.

That's when we get to see Tom Hiddleston's character in action. At one point, he introduces himself, claiming that he is "burdened with glorious purpose." Not surprisingly, Mobius isn't impressed and states that the Asgardian is arrogant.

The teaser shows more footage of Loki being sent to strange new locations and timelines. What is he supposed to be doing? We'll get to learn more really soon.

Loki will follow the God of Mischief as he is forced to work with TVA to make up for his crimes against time travel. To right all of his mistakes, Loki will need to fix the timeline and change what needs to be fixed to save human history.

The series also stars Owen Wilson as Mobius M. Mobius, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Ravonna Lexus Renslayer, and Wunmi Mosaku as Hunter B-15. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker actor Richard E. Grant has been cast in an undisclosed role. The series will premiere on Disney+ on June 9, 2021.
