Owen Wilson was revealed to have joined the cast of the Loki Disney+ series back in January. The actor is quite an unexpected choice and Marvel is yet to reveal which character he'll be playing, but it is known that he'll be in a lead role. Now, set photos just recently surfaced which gives us our first look at Wilson's mystery character.

In the first batch of set photos shared by JustJared, we see Tom Hiddleston's Loki in a nighttime scene with Wilson along with armed soldiers or agents. Unlike the God of Mischief who is sporting a suit, Wilson's character is wearing a raincoat, which mostly covers his face. Since his character isn't revealed yet, who knows if the coat is conveniently hiding his costume too? It's also important to note that his hooded coat actually has the TVA logo.

In the footage released during the Super Bowl, it seems like Loki was imprisoned by TVA since he's wearing some sort of prison garb with their logo on it. However, these photos tell a different story, with the God of Mischief seemingly in good terms or is even working together with the group. You can check them out here.

While there are speculations that Wilson might play the role of Kang the Conqueror, he is a human-looking character in the set photos, so it looks like he'll be an entirely different character. However, it looks like he's the head of the group, when compared to the other heavily armed men.

Which character do you think Wilson will play? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
