There is little doubt that the Loki series is one of Marvel's most highly anticipated shows. Luckily, we now have an idea on what the Disney+ series is all about and it actually reveals what happened to Tom Hiddleston's character after he stole the Tesseract in Avengers: Endgame.
The exclusive clip from Loki opens with an awesome flashback to that scene in Endgame. While the Avengers are desperately trying to get their hands on the suitcase, the God of Mischief casually snatches the Tesseract away and vanishes into another realm. But where exactly does he go?
In the next scene, Loki is shown gaining consciousness in what looks like a desert. But things might not be what they seem. The following scene shows the God of Mischief with Owen Wilson's mysterious Mobius M. Mobius telling him he will be taken someplace where they can talk. When Loki insists he doesn't like talking, Mobius points out that he is lying because he loves to talk.
Loki isn't happy about this and demands for Mobius to tell him how long he has been here. Mobius' response is intriguing. "I don't know, it's hard to say," Mobius says. "You know, time passes differently here in the TVA."
What exactly is the TVA? Although it isn't revealed, we get a preview of the crazy things that Loki will be in for in the Marvel Cinematic Universe series. Needless to say, we can't wait to see this show soon.
Loki will premiere on Disney+ in May 2021.
