Han Solo and Leia might have always been one of the strongest and most prominent couples in the Star Wars franchise, but it seems like the two have had some pretty unexpected love interests in their adventures over time.
For a while now fans have known that Han had been tied to Sana Staros, a woman that he had been married to as part of an elaborate scheme for a mission. Now, the latest issue of Marvel's Star Wars' comic book series, Star Wars #68, features a love interest for Leia.
In the comic, Han and Leia head on a mission to pull the Empire's focus away from the Rebel Alliance. During their mission, the couple happens to stumble across someone who claims to be Leia's boyfriend – a character by the name Dar Champion.
This character only makes an appearance during the last page of the new issue though, so there's very little to know about Leia's old boyfriend. It's very likely that incoming issues are going to help add more depth to the character soon enough though.

It's going to be interesting to see how this arc plays out. We can only wonder whether or not Leia was really romantically involved with Dar Champion, or whether her "relationship" with this character was like Han's relationship with Sana – part of a mission.
