After months of anticipation, fans and players finally get a gameplay trailer for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga!

During the recent Gamescom Opening Night Live, the trailer released showcases the first video game adaptation of the beloved saga with a two-minute clip. All of its main nine films represented in the game, giving a glimpse of what's to come with key scenes from the franchise. You can check out the gameplay trailer above!

As you can see, the trailer is packed with key moments from the original, the prequel, and the sequel trilogies. From Luke gazing at the binary sunset to Rey getting her yellow-bladed lightsaber. What's exciting about the game is for players to get a new take on these stories, with voice acting from the films that weren't featured in such older games.

The LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga game will allow players to explore 20 open-world environments along with 45 new missions to accomplish. Gamers can also play as or interact with hundreds of Star Wars characters and various iconic vehicles from the franchise.

Unfortunately, as exciting as it is to finally see a gameplay trailer, it also comes with the news that fans would have to wait a bit longer for its arrival. LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch in spring 2021.
