Netflix and Riot Games have teamed-up to bring a brand new League of Legends anime series titled Arcane, and the companies have recently released the first official trailer and release dates for the upcoming episodes that will premiere on Netflix this November. The 9-episode series will feature the origin story of sisters Vi (voiced by Hailee Steinfeld) and Jinx (Ella Purnell) set in Runeterra, the world of Riot Games' popular MOBA game.
If you're excited to watch Arcane, you won't have to wait much longer as the three release dates throughout November 2021 have already been announced. There will be three acts for Arcane, and each act will release a batch of new episodes every Saturday starting November 6. Here are the release dates for Arcane episodes:
Act 1: Episodes 1-3 - Nov. 6, 7PM PT
Act 2: Episodes 4-6 - Nov. 13, 7PM PT
Act 3: Episodes 7-9 - Nov. 13, 7PM PT
The story is set in the twin cities of Piltover and Zaun, and will feature other League Champions that fans of the game would recognize. For those unfamliar, Zaun is Runeterra's dystopian slums, and Piltover is the upper-side utopia. In the current lore of the League of Legends, Jinx and Vi don't get along with each other.

From the creators of League of Legends comes a new animated series, Arcane. Set in the utopian region of Piltover and the oppressed underground of Zaun, the story follows the origins of two iconic League champions-and the power that will tear them apart.
