Lady Gaga recently trended on Twitter as fans are now demanding the pop star to join the MCU. Of course, she is known for her hit singles such as "Born This Way," "Bad Romance," "Paparazzi," and many more. But in the past few years, she has also established herself as an actress as she starred in films such as A Star is Born and House of Gucci as well as the TV show American Horror Story: Hotel. She also won an Oscar for co-writing the song "Shallow" from A Star is Born.

So why are fans suddenly calling for Lady Gaga to join the MCU? First, there is a rumor going around that she is in talks with Marvel Studios to possibly join the franchise although it hasn't been validated or confirmed by any of the well-known scoopers. Second, a video has recently resurfaced around social media where the late Stan Lee said in a red carpet interview that he wants Lady Gaga to play a heroine in the MCU.

Here are some of the tweets from the fans who want Lady Gaga to join the MCU:

Since Gaga now has a thriving acting career, it is not out of the realm of the possibility that she could be joining the MCU. After all, her friend and A Star is Born co-star Bradley Cooper is already part of the franchise as the voice of Rocket Racoon. The MCU is also the biggest franchise right now in Hollywood and it wouldn't be surprising at the very least if she has the interest to be part of it as long as it's a good role.

With so many MCU projects that are in the works and hundreds of characters from the comics that they haven't introduced yet, there is a lot of possibilities for Gaga to be part of the MCU. We shall just wait and see if she will eventually join the franchise in the future. But if it does happen, a lot of fans will certainly be happy.
