We're nearing the release of J.J. Abram's Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. And before we get to discover the epic conclusion of the Skywalker Saga, marketing campaigns are made in the meantime to promote the upcoming movie. One of which is a new cover for Episode IX which pits Rey against Kylo Ren.

A cover for the magazine Birth.Movies.Death features Daisy Ridley's Rey facing Adam Driver's Kylo Ren who is wearing his helmet that was previously broken in The Last Jedi which is now repaired and is said to have a mysterious and deep meaning behind it. You can check out the cover below.

The cover doesn't give us any details about the movie, but the photo was really well made and shows the contrast between the two main characters effectively. With that said, it's very likely that we'll get to see a one-on-one fight between Kylo Ren and Rey. The movie could also address the relationship between the two as well as the reason why both are connected through a Force Bond.

It was also recently leaked that the movie could run for 2 hours and 35 minutes, but this isn't confirmed yet but the official runtime could only have a difference of a few minutes. A new character is also set to be introduced in the movie, Jannah, who is said to be playing a key role in defeating what the heroes are about the face in the film.

Find out soon when Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker premieres on December 20, 2019.
