Kim Tae Ri is returning to the small screen with a new mystery thriller Kdrama, The Demon. The Twenty Five Twenty One actress will be joined by renowned names in the Kdrama industry for this new SBS Kdrama written by famous writer Kim Eun Hee.

Kim Tae Ri Stars In New Mystery Thriller Kdrama The Demon
SBS new Kdrama The Demon is an occult mystery thriller that tells the story of five unexplained deaths and the investigation into them by a woman possessed by an evil spirit and a man who can sense evil spirits inside human bodies.
Kim Tae Ri will lead the upcoming Kdrama as she breathes life into the character of Goo San-Young. She has been working a part-time job during the day and studying at night for several years in order to pass the 9th-grade civil service examination. Goo San Young undergoes a personal transformation after becoming involved in a string of strange deaths which she believes are connected to an object she received from her late father.
The news of her casting has topped search results earlier due to her outstanding acting skills that never disappoint in every work she appears in. This includes her groundbreaking roles in the Kdramas Mr. Sunshine and Twenty Five Twenty One.

Oh Jung Se Joins The Cast Of New Kdrama The Demon
On the other hand, Oh Jung Se will portray the character of Yeom Hae-Sang. He is a folklore professor whose roots come from a wealthy family. Yeom Hae-sang has eyes that allow him to see the ghosts. He gets to be acquainted with Goo San-Young through an unexpected opportunity and encounters the evil spirit who killed his mother in front of his eyes again as a child.
Oh Jung Se is known for his stable acting and a special ability to provide detailed emotional acting scenes. He has recently made a cameo role in the tvN Kdrama Little Women and previously rose to stardom with the Kdrama It’s Okay To Not Be Okay.

Hong Kyung Stars In New Kdrama The Demon
Hong Kyung has accumulated acting experience in various works, such as the Netflix Kdrama series D.P. and Lovers of the Red Sky. He will portray the character of Lee Hong-Sae, a senior police officer and a violent crime investigator who lives with much pride and only aims at receiving a special promotion.
However, he becomes involved with Goo San-Young and Yeom Hae-sang, testing his ability as a police officer.
