Davidson, 28, and Ratajkowski, 31, are reportedly an item. An unnamed source spoke about the real score between the two celebrities.
"Pete and Emily have been talking for a couple months now," a source told Us Weekly, adding that they are "in the very early stages, but both really like each other."
The My Body author is also newly single. She parted ways from her husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard, in July after nearly four years of marriage. She filed for divorce in September amid rumors that the producer cheated on her. They share a 1-year-old son Sylvester.
Davidson and Ratajkowski were reportedly set up by their mutual friends, and they hit it off immediately.
"Pete makes Emily laugh and he loves how intelligent she is," the insider added.

The comedian and model were seen holding hands amid reports that they are dating. They were seen getting cozy in New York City, Buzz Feed News reported.
Celebrity gossip account DeuxMoi tweeted about the rumored celebrity couple during their sighting in the Big Apple.
"CAN'T BELIEVE IM SAYING THIS ANON PLS. EMRATA AND PETE DAVIDSON ON A DATE IN BROOKLYN TOGETHER. HOLDING HANDS AND ALLLLL," the message read.
"His hands were allll over her and they're clearly clearly hooking up."
Emily Ratajkowski Has Spoken About Pete Davidson's Appeal
Last year, when the news of Davidson dating Kim Kardashian made headlines, many couldn't believe it. According to them, the Kardashians star was out of the Saturday Night Live comedian's league. Apparently, it wasn't the case.

"He seems super charming. He's vulnerable. He's lovely. His fingernail polish is awesome. He looks good!" she continued, adding he has a "super great relationship with his mom."
