Among its famous stars include Park Shin-Hye, Jim Jung-Hwa, rapper Dok2, Kim Seon Ho, and Kim Ji Won.
However, the latter reportedly wants to leave and look for another agency to work with.

Why Is Kim Ji Won Leaving Salt Entertainment?
In February 2020, the actress signed on with Salt Entertainment. After a year and eight months, multiple sources claimed that the 29-year-old Lovestruck In The City actress seeks a new company already.
Per media outlets, the actress will not renew her contract with them. However, a representative for Salt Entertainment clarified that it is not yet time to start discussing their artists' renewals yet.

Still, Kim Ji Won reportedly wanted to prepare in advance before her exclusive contract expires in February. Thus, she began meeting with entertainment agencies' representatives so she would have ample time to prepare for her transfer.
Kim Ji Won Wants To Leave Salt Entertainment Because Of Kim Seon Ho
Following the emergence of the report, fans speculated that the actress' desire to depart occurred after witnessing what happened to Kim Seon Ho.
Per internet users, Kim Ji Won probably saw how Salt Entertainment treats the Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha actor and its lack of attention whenever such an issue arises. After seeing how the actor fell from the top, she reportedly wants to safeguard herself from getting ripped, as well.
As of the writing, Salt Entertainment still has not resolved Kim Seon Ho's issue with his ex-girlfriend. The agency also failed to prevent the actor's endorsement deals from leaving him behind.
The report, however, should still be taken with a grain of salt until Kim Ji Won herself reveals the real reason why she wants to leave Salt Entertainment.
