Kevin Feige Warns Fans Wishing For Character Death To “Be Careful What They Wish For”

The Marvel Cinematic Universe's various entries might enjoy a lot of great reviews from both fans and critics, but one of the issues that everyone has with Marvel is that the franchise constantly keeps on bringing back supposedly deceased heroes.

However, now that Avengers: Infinity War is on its way, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige tells Entertainment Weekly that fans ought to be more careful what they wish for.

"Yes. I mean, I could always list off the characters that we've killed in our movies that haven't come back, but the big ones, which I know they're looking at …? [Pause.] I would just say, yes. People need to be careful what they wish for."

It's a pretty ominous comment but now that we've reached what's been marketed to be the culmination of the MCU, fans have started expecting a lot of casualties amongst Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Thanos has been marketed as Marvel's biggest bad, and with the help of the Infinity Stones, everyone's expecting the Mad Titan to inflict a whole lot of damage on the Avengers. The only question now is which of Marvel's many heroes is going to fall victim to Thanos and the Black Order.

Avengers: Infinity War premieres April 27.
