Kep1er Dayeon officially became a K-pop idol when she debuted earlier in January. But, her career in the industry began when she started her training a couple of years ago.

Koreaboo reported that the 19-year-old trained for over three years before joining Girls Planet 999 in 2021. She ranked fourth in the finale, allowing her debut as a member of the all-female act.

As a rookie idol, there is still a lot to learn about Kim Dayeon. These include some details about her lifestyle, such as her ways to remain fit, slim, and healthy.

The K-pop idol has yet to reveal anything about herself regarding the matter. Hence, it is unclear whether she follows certain practices or regimens for her workout.

But, it is believed that working out is part of the Kep1er member’s career and lifestyle. Moreover, she reportedly likes foods, so it would not come as a surprise if she exercises regularly to burn excess calories.

Some Foods She Likes To Eat

K Profiles’ dedicated page for Dayeon says that food is one of the things she “likes” the most. This is said to be especially true for spicy meals.

The same platform also notes that the K-pop idol usually prefers those that are “really hated” by many. One given example is pizza with pineapples as toppings.

The Kep1er member reportedly “loves” eating samgyeopsal, as well. The same goes for sushi and kimchi stew, per the page.

Among all, though, it is claimed that she dislikes the “oysters” the most. But, the platform has not shared any explanation why the idol does not like them.

Top Workout Regimen K-pop Idols Prefer

While Dayeon may have yet to reveal her preferences in terms of workout routines, Kpop Starz previously reported that there is one type of regimen that most female K-pop stars do today.

As claimed, many of them like to do Pilates, which helps improve posture, muscle strength, and flexibility. Some of the popular idols who do the routine reportedly include Jennie of BLACKPINK and Jeon Somi of I.O.I.
