In the previous chapter, Julius Renhold wonders why Okhubo is not attacking, and Wakatsuki Takeshi replies that Terashi is strange, and that Okhubo would have destroyed that defense. Tokita Ohma tells Kanoha Agito that the only advantage Terashi has is his hieght, and Wakatsushi says that Terashi is no match for Ohkubo. Terashi's fighting style is unorthodox, which is rarely seen in modern martial arts style. This makes fans wonder if he is somehow connected to an ancient Chinese legend Fa, who used to wear a mask like Terashi.

Terashi tells Ohkubo to talk and wonders why the comedian is quiet, and Okhubo replies that he's a hilarious and powerful King of Combat. Ohkubo thinks that Terashi might have a trump card other than his right hand that he uses to stop his fist.

Ohkubo decides that he will keep the fight at a distance until he figures out Terashi's secret techniques. Ohkubo decides that he will not grapple, and that he will have to go with heavy strikes.

Ohkubo was able to land a low kick on Terashi, who tried to slap it off, but he's able to hit him with more kicks - the first one on his belly and the second on his wrist. Ohma notices that Ohkubo is watching Terashi's palm.

Terashi tries to recover, but he receives two heavy right hooks that push him back, and Ohkubo is able to gain momentum. Meanwhile, fei WangFang notices that Ohkubo and Terashi's levels are different. Carlos Medel talked about Nino and wonders about the famous assassin who killed a Chinese Emperor. That assassin's name is said to be Terashi, but there's no confirmation if this is true.

Back in the match, Terashi walks towards Okhubo, and says that his strength will shatter Ohkubo. The masked Silent Nightmare has been focused on being defensive, without striking his opponent yet, but at the end of the chapter, Ohkubo's fists are shown bleeding, and it looks like Terashi's plan is working.

With the raw scans for Kengan Omega Chapter 117 already out, we now know what will happen in the fight between Ohkubo and Tekashi. Ohkubo is trying to figure out why his hands are bleeding since Terashi barely even touched him. Terashi reveals that he underwent surgery on his hypothalamus, the part of the brain that functions as a control center for autonomic nervous system by regulating sleep cycles, body temperature, appetite, etc.

Terashi attacks Ohkubo with a slap, and Ohkubo realizes that the slap is not just an ordinary slap, but it turns out that Terashi's secret is that his body goes through a state of shivering, so Terashi is able to unleash a powerful vibration technique. Ohkubo finds out that Terashi's body is in constant vibrations so hitting his body would just disperse the damage, so he formulates a plan: attack his head.

We also learn that the reason why Terashi is not able to vibrate his head is because concussions caused by the vibrations could damage his brain. Ohkubo lands some jabs on Terashi's face, breaking off his mask to reveal what Terashi looks like.

It turns out that Terashi is a completely new character, and it was revealed that another reason why he's wearing his mask is that he can't stand looking at himself, and that he has to continuously change his face through plastic surgery made by the same person who probably did his hypothalamus surgery.

Overall, this chapter appears to focus more on Terashi's unique abilities, but the unmasking of his identity seems to crush fans' excitement on finding out the Silent Nightmare's secret since no one appears to recognize him, so what's the point of hiding behind the mask?
