Keep Breathing is currently dominating Netflix's charts. Created by Martin Gero and Brendan Gall, the survival series premiered on the streaming service on July 28, 2022, and it follows a lone woman (Melissa Barrera Martínez) who must battle the elements and odds to survive after a small plane crashes in the middle of the Canadian wilderness.
The Netlfix series only consisted of six episodes, and if you've watched how the final episode ended, you're probably wondering how this story might continue. But is Keep Breathing Season 2 confirmed by Netflix?
Don't get your hopes up for Keep Breathing to get a renewal since the show is being billed as a limited series, meaning that the six episodes of the survival drama now available to stream on Netflix are probably all that we'll ever get from this particular story.
Did Netflix renew Keep Breathing for Season 2?
Keep Breathing quickly rose to the top of Netflix's global charts, so many viewers who binge-watched all six episodes are probably wondering if the streamer has plans to renew the limited series. Sadly, as of right now, Keep Breathing has not been canceled or renewed. However, as mentioned above, it doesn't seem likely that Keep Breathing will get renewed for Season 2. The show feels like an open-and-closed story, so it looks like it's not intended to have a continuation.

Keep Breathing Season 2 Plot: What could a second season be about?
Warning: Major spoilers ahead, so if you haven't watched all six episodes of Keep Breathing, you may want to turn back to avoid spoiling yourself.
If the limited series is renewed for a second season, it's likely that we would see how Liv's role as a mother, and we could see her work through her residual trauma from her own mother leaving her. Perhaps, we might see her meet her mother in person in the present.
Liv also seemed to find some sort of peace after facin her demons and ruminating on her past and present relationships.Keep Breathing can also take the anthology approach with another person caught in a similar situation that leads them to revisit their dark moments from the past.
