It's official. The sequel to Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle has finally wrapped and Karen Gillan has just shared some awesome photos with Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson to celebrate.
Gillan shared several photos from the Jumanji 3 set including one that showed her and Johnson posing as their characters Ruby Roundhouse and Smolder Bravestone. In addition to that, the Avengers: Endgame star wrote a lengthy tribute to her castmates. Make sure to swipe through to see all the pictures in her Instagram post below.
"Can't believe we've actually wrapped on the next Jumanji movie! It's taken me a few days to decompress and get my head on the next project. But for now, here I am thinking back on what an incredible experience it has been to make not one but two of these things! The original Jumanji is in my top 3 films of ALL TIME! So it's sufficiently insane to think I ended up in the game myself...with three brilliant men to play with @therock @kevinhart4real and @jackblack. I haven't laughed that hard in my life. Can Christmas please hurry up now? I want to go to the cinema and watch this thing," Gillan wrote. She also credited Hiram Garcia for taking the photos.
There is little doubt that Gillan and the rest of the cast have bonded after working on two Jumanji films. The former Doctor Who actress had previously shared a hilarious video featuring Jack Black and Kevin Hart being disappointed with Gillan's change of attitude after the success of Endgame.
Jumanji 3 does not have an official title yet. Nevertheless, the sequel is currently scheduled for release on December 13.
