What Is KamiErabi’s Plot?
In KameErabi, also known as KamiErabi GOD.app, Goro is having a tough time as he is frustrated over his inactions at crucial moments.
The world and its people seem extremely indifferent to him, save for the small longing he harbors for Honoka, a fellow classmate.
His exasperation reaches new levels when he witnesses a cat being struck by a truck. And to his utter surprise, no one attempts to help the wounded animal.
Returning home, he discovers an unusual and intriguing invitation waiting on his phone.
Upon accepting it, he is introduced to a diminutive oni-like entity named Lall.
Lall informs Goro that he is now part of a select group of individuals fighting to become the next god.
Bestowed with a single wish by app, Goro now holds an enchanting power to employ in his quest to outshine his fellow contenders.
The very first challenger to cross Goro’s path is none other than Honoka, his first love.
Faced with her merciless onslaught, Goro is forced to confront a harrowing choice.
The series then kickstarts a fierce struggle among these aspiring gods who all wield the power to reshape the world as they see fit.
How Many Episodes Will KamiErabi Have?
KamiErabi Season 1 is listed to have 13 episodes, as reported by Anime News Network.
The announcement was made by MBC Anime, which is a collaboration between Tokyopop and a Saudi Arabia-based company named MBC Group.
The group also announced that KamiErabi Season 2 is confirmed and is scheduled for a 2024 release.

When Do New Episodes of KamiErabi Get Released?
KamiErabi premiered on Crunchyroll on October 4, 2023. New episodes are released every Thursday in Japan and every Wednesday in the US, the UK, Europe, and other parts of the world.
KamiErabi is based on the original concept by Yoko Taro of NieR Automata: Ver 1.1a fame.
Hiroyuki Seshita (Godzilla: City on the Edge of Battle) is credited for directing the series, while JIN (Mekakucity Actors) is handling the scripts. The character design on KamiErabi is by Atsushi Okubo (Fire Force).
