Kamala Harris is in the hot water amid the bullying allegations against her. She just loses another top aide after former staffers accused her of running a toxic and dysfunctional work environment, a report says.

Kamala Harris Lost Former Deputy Director Amid Bullying Allegations

Vincent Evans, who served as Kamala Harris' deputy director of public engagement and intergovernmental affairs decided to resign and accept a top position at the Congressional Black Caucus, Radar Online reported.

Evans confirmed his departure without mentioning the VP.

"I am deeply honored to be named the executive director of the Congressional Black Caucus," he told CNBC on Tuesday. "I started my career in Washington working for a member of the CBC, so I know firsthand the tremendous leadership and impact this caucus has in Congress and across the country."

Evans departure came on the heels of Harris losing other two important aides and amid bullying allegations. However, insiders said Evans and Harris are not on bad terms despite his exit.

A day before Evans' departure, Harris' chief spokesperson Symon Sanders also stepped down from her role.

Kamala Harris Accused Of Being A Bully

Vice President Kamala Harry came under fire last month after her former staffers accused her of bullying. She allegedly acted like a bully and would constantly tell them harsh criticisms.

The expose put together by The Washington Post, included 18 interviews from her staffers and top aides. They were allegedly closely connected to Harris.

According to them, Harris would not read the briefings they created for her and she would lash out at them when criticized for being unprepared.

"It's clear that you're not working with somebody who is willing to do the prep and the work," a former aide said per Radar Online.

"With Kamala you have to put up with a constant amount of soul-destroying criticism and also her own lack of confidence," another said. "So, you're constantly sort of propping up a bully and it's not really clear why."
