Justice League's Jason Momoa Hints That the Snyder Cut has been Finished and He’s Watched It

There are hot topics when it comes to comic book films, but one that seems to never get dropped is the "Snyder Cut" of Justice League. The latest plausible update we have of the movie is that it needs a couple more million dollars to completely finish, but now Aquaman Jason Momoa has seemingly hinted that the movie has already been finished by Snyder himself.

He reveals this while talking to MTV News. Check it out:

If anything, Momoa has been one of the more vocal supporters of #ReleasetheSnyderCut, and it looks like he's not backing down when it comes to giving fans hope that they could watch it eventually. Then again, WB may have other plans for the DCEU, so you can see that Momoa can't be too open about the Snyder Cut, seeing as it could derail the new plans that WB has in store for the franchise.

This is just my speculation, but I hope that the success of the R-Rated Joker could change the minds of WB when it comes to darker, more serious superhero films. I mean, Aquaman and Shazam! were fun and all, but I thought Batman v Superman (or at least, the message that BvS was trying to tell) was a lot more thought-provoking and interesting; something that the MCU hasn't even tried despite all of its success.

We don't know if a Snyder Cut will ever be released publicly, but you can catch the next DCEU film, Birds of Prey, in theaters Feb. 7, 2020.
