Justice League: Zack Snyder Shares Look at Deleted Scene with Willem Dafoe’s Vulko

Willem Dafoe's Vulko may have been introduced in Aquaman, but he was originally set to make his DCEU debut in Zack Snyder's Justice League. With all this #ReleaseTheSnyderCut fever going around, Snyder has given us a look at Dafoe's Vulko in his original cut.

Check it out:

While the theatrical version of Justice League has Arthur getting the quindent from Mera, it's said that the original plan was to have Vulko deliver it to him, as well as the armor that he ends up using in the final battle.

What I really like is that this Vulko looks to be very dirty and messy, perfect for Dafoe's types of characters. If you ask me, I would have actually preferred this version of the Vulko as compared to the cleaner cut one that we meet in Aquaman.

For now, a lot of people are casting doubt on the Variety article that is saying that WB isn't interested in releasing the Snyder Cut. After all, it doesn't make mention that Jason Momoa has claimed that Snyder had already completed the VFX on his own time, basically making null the rumor that WB would need to spend millions to finish the film.

Besides, with all the actors and people involved suddenly talking about #ReleaseTheSnyderCut, fans can't help but think they know something that a lot of people don't. I mean, why would Snyder even bother if he knew all of this sharing meant nothing?

I guess all we can really do is wait. For now, the next DCEU film is Birds of Prey, and it comes out Feb. 7, 2020.
