The superheroes are here. The first trailer for Jupiter's Legacy has just been dropped and it reveals how the heroes got their powers. In addition to that, it offers a glimpse at the future of the world's saviors.
The Jupiter's Legacytrailer opens with a flashback that reveals how Sheldon, Walter, Grace, Fitz, and George got their powers. They actually ventured to an island back in the 1930s where they emerged as superpowered individuals.
Ninety years into the future and Sheldon isn't convinced that they have actually made a difference. Although people are impressed with the superheroes, their own children are not as pleased. At one point, Brandon points out to his uncle Walter that he doesn't really know his own father very well.
However, being the children of superheroes also has its benefits. Brandon and his sister Chloe have gifts as well but will it be enough to ensure a future where they can save the world? Or is it time for Jupiter's long legacy to come to an end?

Jupiter's Legacy is based on the comic book series by Mark Millar and Frank Quitely. The Netflix series stars Josh Duhamel, Ben Daniels, Leslie Bibb, Elena Kampouris, Andrew Horton, Mike Wade, Matt Lanter, Tenika Davis, Anna Akana, and Tyler Mane.
Jupiter's Legacy will premiere on Netflix on May 7, 2021.
