Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 18 is entitled Fever or Netsu in Japanese.
Volume 18 of the manga contains the following chapters:
- Chapter 153 – Fight Club: After getting suspended from Jujutsu High, Kinji Hakari is running an underground fight club where sorcerers battle. Yuji and Megumi, who want Kinji’s help, infiltrate the tournament, but they need to be discreet about their real identities.
- Chapter 154 – Sneaking In: Megumi and Panda join forces to infiltrate the fight club from the outside. The duo plans to make sure that Yuji and Kinji’s meeting goes uninterrupted, but they need to consider Kirara Hoshi who could pose as a major hindrance.
- Chapter 155 – Fever: Yuji finally gets a meeting with Kinji and they talk about the fever that brings people to gamble in the fight club. Before Yuji could discuss this further, Kirara warns Kinji about the impending danger. Meanwhile, Panda and Megumi are trying to convince Kirara that they just want Kinjii’s help.
- Chapter 156 – Twinkling Stars: Panda and Megumi try their best to convince Kirara that they are not enemies, but she refuses to believe that they don’t have any ulterior motives. A battle begins, and Megumi wants to concentrate on real dialogue, but to do that, he needs to get past Kirara’s intricate cursed technique.
- Chapter 157 – Cog: Megumi is able to stop Kirara and ends the battle. Elsewhere, Yuji and Kinji’s conflict has reached its climax. Yuji is clear about convincing Kinji to team up with them, but the former needs to prove that he has got the “fever” in him.
- Chapter 158 – Kogane: Yuji and Megumi are able to convince Kirara and Kinji to hear their story. Kinji was shocked to learn about the incidents that occurred in Shibuya, and he offers to help, but under one condition.
- Chapter 159 – Judgment: Hiromi Higuruma is a criminal defense lawyer and is known to take up complex cases as he believes in the truth. He is defending Keita Oe, who has been wrongly accused by the justice system. During the case, Hiromi is pushed to the edge as he ends up becoming a player in the upcoming Culling Game.
- Chapter 160 – Colony: People already inside a barrier colony are given one chance to escape on November 1. Setsuko Sasaki (Yuji’s childhood friend) exits and is escorted out of the colony by Kenjaku. After 12 days, Yuji and his comrades are ready to enter the colonies and officially become a part of the Culling Game.
- Chapter 161 – Tokyo No. 1 Colony, Part 1: Megumi and Yuji enter the Tokyo No. 1 Colony together but as soon as they enter, they are separated. They end up in different locations and become targets in the Culling Game.

In order to thwart the Culling Game, Yuji needs the help of Kinji Hakari, a third-year who is currently suspended from Jujutsu High, so he decides to participate in an underground fight club where Kinji works as a bookie. Meanwhile, Megumi infiltrates the fight club and heads for Kinji's base of operations, but another Jujutsu High third-year is using their cursed technique to block his way!

The English version of Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 18 is scheduled to release on December 20, 2022.
The Japanese version came out on December 25, 2021.
