Jujutsu Kaisen Star Joins JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean as Main Villain

The cast of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Season 5 just got even bigger and better. Jujutsu Kaisen voice actor Tomokazu Seki has just been confirmed to play an important role in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean!

The fifth season of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure just had a special livestreaming fan event on the Warner Bros. Japan Anime YouTube channel. The event was attended by cast members Fairouz Ai, Mutsumi Tamura, and Mariya Ise, who will play Jolyne Cujoh, Ermes Costello, and Foo Fighters, respectively. However, they were later joined by a new cast member who was confirmed to play the main antagonist.

Before the new cast member was introduced, viewers were first treated to our first look at Enrico Pucci, the main villain in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Season 5. This was immediately followed by Tomokazu Seki joining Ai, Tamura, and Ise onstage.

Anime fans are already familiar with Seki's distinctly gruff voice. After all, he plays Panda in Jujutsu Kaisen and Selkie in My Hero Academia. Seki also appeared in the first season of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba where he played the Wind Hashira Sanemi Shinazugawa.

We're loving the idea of Seki playing Enrico Pucci in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Season 5. Although we've only heard him for a few seconds in the preview shared during the fan event, there is little doubt he will give the character the right amount of gruffness and determination. Needless to say, we can't wait to see (and hear) Pucci in action this week!

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Season 5 will also bring back Daisuke Ono as Jotaro Kujo. Ono had previously played Jolyne Cujoh's father in the second and third seasons Stardust Crusaders and Diamond is Unbreakable.

The first 12 episodes of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean will premiere on Netflix on December 1, 2021.
