There is little doubt that fans are already looking forward to Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 now that it has been confirmed to be happening later this year. But when exactly is the release date going to be announced? Details for the show's Anime Japan panel could confirm that we're getting an awesome announcement very soon!
It has already been confirmed that Jujutsu Kaisen is getting a panel at Anime Japan next month. Although the original listing for the panel featured the voice cast for Jujutsu Kaisen 0, an updated post from Anime Japan reveals that only two of the actors from the film will make an appearance. Instead, they will be joined by the stars from the series.
Junya Enoki, Yuma Uchida, and Asami Seto will be part of the Jujutsu Kaisen panel at Anime Japan. The actors portray Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki, respectively. They will be joined by Yuichi Nakamura and Takahiro Sakurai who had previously appeared in Jujutsu Kaisen 0. Nakamura voiced Satoru Gojo while Sakurai is the voice of Suguru Geto and both are expected to return in the anime's second season as well.
So could this mean we'll get the Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 release date next month? Although we are hoping we'll get an announcement, it is more likely that the brief teaser for the second season.
For now, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 has not yet been given an official release date. However, there is a possibility we'll get an update soon. The show's Anime Japan panel will be on Saturday, March 26, 2022. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
Tickets for Jujutsu Kaisen 0's North America release are now live. The movie will premiere in the US and Canada on March 18, 2022.
