Hakari tries to cast another Domain Expansion but fails. Kashimo watches him collapse, but Hakari gets an unexpected jackpot. Hakari immediately heals himself.
Hakari commends Kashimo by saying he's impressed because he has never encountered death so many times in a day. Suddenly, Kashimo finds himself above the ocean after Hakari switches the barrier's coordinates.
While the two are falling into the sea, it turns out there are numerous cursed spirits around Tokyo No. 2 Colony's ocean. Kashimo decides to stand on some of them, and Hakari attacks the cursed spirits.
Hakari eventually gets to Kashimo, and he kicks him into the sea. Kashimo falls into the water while Hakari holds on to a flying cursed spirit. Kashimo's cursed energy starts flowing into the water.
However, Hakari falls into the water after going unconscious due to the chlorine gas Kashimo produced. Kashimo knows the other way to kill a reverse cursed technique user is through toxins.
Hakari suddenly opens his eyes and punches Kashimo, surprising him. It turns out Hakari's reverse cursed technique seems to be completely automatic.
