Panda and Megumi meet to discuss the next steps in regards to their infiltration. The two of them split up to take care of the guards and lookouts. Megumi sneaks in by manipulating his cursed technique to sneak into someone else's shadow. Panda distracts the lookouts by acting like a circus animal.
The two meet at the rooftop, where they aim to guard the door of the room Hakari and Yūji are in. They run into Kirara and they start to battle. It seems that Kirara's cursed technique has something to do with magnetism or repulsion. Panda and Megumi are unable to approach Kirara, and it seems that Kirara can pull targets towards one another.
Meanwhile, Hakari tells Yūji that he can earn one million yen in a month simply by working for him at an hour a day. Yūji looks at him with a confused expression.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 154 Spoilers, Summary
Hakari starts talking about how people who fall for a scam need something to believe that this thing will change their lives—a sort of heat, as he calls it. Hakari loves the concept of this "heat" because it's similar to gambling, and for him, life is a gamble. He receives a call from Kirara, which is understood as an indication of danger. He offers Yūji a drink, but he declines and says he's underaged. Hakari responds by saying that Gojo also doesn't drink—Itadori pretends to be unaware of who Gojo is.
This results in Hakari deducing that Itadori is from Jujutsu High because every single sorcerer knows who Gojo is. Hakari begins to restrain him. Yūji frees himself and hits Hakari while asking him to listen to what he has to say.
The scene switches to Kirara, Panda, and Fushiguro. Megumi begins telling Kirara that they need Hakari and his power. But Kirara responds by saying that they were the ones that Jujutsu High shut out first—Kirara thinks that Panda and Megumi are on the higher-ups' side. It turns out that the conservative higher-ups' have certain standards and expectations when it comes to cursed techniques, and Kirara's and Hakari's did not meet those standards.
Thus, Kirara believes that Fushiguro is lying about asking for help because Gojo is there. Megumi tells him that Gojo is currently sealed, but Kirara doesn't believe him. He then releases his rabbit shikigami. He believes that making Kirara understand the situation will help them in convincing Hakari to join them.
