The Scooby Gang is back! The cast of Buffy the Vampire Slayer has just reunited at Wizard World Portland and there are several awesome photos of your favorite Scoobies. Not surprisingly, Joss Whedon is experiencing major FOMO just looking at these pictures.
The cast of Buffy was in attendance at Wizard World Portland to somehow celebrate the 20th year since the spin-off series Angel premiered. Nicholas Brendon shared the amazing images on his official Instagram account along with a truly fitting caption. Take a look at his post below.
"Witches, demons, vampires, watchers, slayer, Gods, and Scoobies oh my!" Brendon wrote.
It's awesome to see the Scoobies all over again. Although Sarah Michelle Gellar and David Boreanaz were nowhere to be found, it looks like the reunion is turning out to be so much fun. Not surprisingly, creator Whedon is feeling a little jealous looking at the pictures and even hinted at FOMO feels on Twitter.
Don't worry, Mr. Whedon, you're not the only one who's wishing they were at Wizard World Portland right now.
The Buffy cast in attendance were Alyson Hannigan, James Marsters. Amber Benson, Julie Benz, Iyari Limon, Amy Acker, James Leary, Alexis Denisof, and Charisma Carpenter. Clare Kramer, who played the villainous Glory in the fifth season, was also at the event. Juliet Landau was also supposed to attend but the real Drusilla had to cancel at the last minute.
There have been speculations that a Buffy reboot is being planned. However, the cast and fans alike seem to be against the idea.
